Temporary Parking Garage Closure
The parking garage located inside our building will be temporarily closed due to construction beginning May 11th, 2015. The estimated date of completion is still pending. Please find below some nearby parking garages that are available to use. (Click here for a map.) Also, please note that we do not validate parking tickets for visitors.
- Mary Brickell Village Parking
- Accessible from SW 1st Avenue, or SW 9th Street
- Parking is free for the first 30 minutes. $2.00 for 31-60 minutes, $4.00 for 1-2 hours
- Brickell View Terrace Garage
- Accessible from SW 9th Street only
- First hour is $5.00, additional $4.00 for every hour from the second hour
In addition to the above mentioned garages, metered street parking is also available around our building.
