  • The Consulate General of Japan in Miami will not make copies. If you wish to keep original documents, please submit the original and a copy.
  • The Consulate General of Japan in Miami does not accept visa applications from those staying in the U.S. under B1/B2, U.S. visa waiver program, or unlawful residents. Those visitors/residents would need to return to their home country in order to apply.
  • The Consulate General of Japan in Miami is not liable for any mailing incident such as loss, damage, delay, missing, etc. If you would like to avoid any mailing incident, please apply and pick up in person. Also, we strongly recommend you to keep tracking numbers for your records.
  • The Consulate General of Japan in Miami will ship only to addresses within our jurisdiction.
  • The Consulate General of Japan in Miami reserves the right to cancel or void your current Japanese visa.
